After the vote 8-4 Not guilty ' most of the arguments are aimed on his persuasion but juror 3 resists these attempts . At last he confesses he is biased against the young men because of his own conflict with his son . Even when 11 jurors found the boy to be not guilty , the juror 3 doesn 't agree . He is sure that the boy shouldn 't even tell to his father "I 'm gonna kill you " but the roots of his opinion go back to his own son who punched him in the face
