The film entitled Les Maotres fous ' by Jean Rouch discussed the life , culture , tradition , and rituals of Hauka in Accra , one of the cities in Africa . The movie is controversial in many ways because it covers the complicated rituals of the Hauka to show the West that there are still existing evidences of Africa 's culture . There are no songs lyrics , or standard dialogues for the rituals of the possessed but they

played it by heart . Through this movie , it can be said that the concept of `others ' has been justified because the Haukas went outside Accra to show who they really is behind their normal lives . Therefore , this movie is a realization that the idea of `others ' is not just talking about `them ' but seeing behind their social identities to preserve their ritual

There are several scenes that brought significance to the context of `others ' but everything started when the Haukas went to their `government palace ' to pursue their ritual . In the beginning of the ritual , it may seem that there is no difference from other cultures in other countries but as the process went on , the difference started to emerge that showed the skills and representations of the each character through possession .
